R KREN: A friend told me about this book and ordered it for rme. She loved the ease if the directions and the taste of them. I followed a recipe, my husband loved it so I purchased a book for a friend of mine who really does not like to cook. However, this book and her instapot are a fame changer for her. I was visiting with my husband's PC and he shared he's tired of eating microwave foods. I asked him if he had an instapot and he does. So I am now purchasing this book for him😁 this is worth every penny!

Professional Ed Resource: Bough two instapots for divorcing friends…..followed up with research into recipe/how to books, and found this spiral bound edition. Chef level female friends recommended this text, and really liked the spiral binding, so two were purchased. They ARE really appreciated.

David Jennings: When I got my instapot, I didn't get any information on how to actually use it. Recipes told you what to do but not how to do it. This Cookbook spells everything out. It's exactly what I needed.

Michael Lewington: I first came across New Yorker Jeff Eisner on his YouTube channel, where he is an engaging host. I am sure this book is intended for the American market, and consequently some of the recipes contain ingredients which would be hard, or expensive to source. A number of the recipes are Tex-Mex and Chinese, and American mainstays like pot roast and meatloaf. However there is a lot of information about using an Instant Pot, much of which would not be included in the stuff which comes with the Instant Pot.

HW: This is the best book for learning how to use your instant pot. Far better than the manual that comes with the pot.
However, (and here's why four stars instead of five) UK tastes are likely to find the recipes a bit salty/fatty/sweet.
The US terms and measurements can be easily sorted with a quick internet search.
Buy this book to learn how to use your instant pot, buy the BBC good food pressure cooker recipes book for UK taste recipes, buy 'slow cooking properly explained' for the best slow cooker book I've ever owned (had it about 20yrs, bought with my original slow cooker, still use it regularly).

Kindle Customer: The print version of this cookbook is so much better than the Kindle version because it has a better layout and design. I often test cookbooks using a Kindle because I don't have room for more stuff in my house, and if I find more than a handful of recipes I like, I'll buy the print version so I can more easily take notes. The Step-by-Step Instant Pot Cookbook had so many terrific recipes and Instant Pot techniques, that I bought the spiral-bound print, and boy, was there a vast improvement. Instead of working through a recipe over several pages on a Kindle, in the print version each of the recipes are laid out on a two-page spread so you can see everything at a glance. A very smart design when you're working on a recipe and need to follow the steps and the list of ingredients ("How much broth do I add? Oh, I have to flip back a page to find out."). In cookbooks, both recipes and design matters, and this book has both done well.

Cliente Amazon: Sono nuova nel mondo InstantPot e cercavo un ricettario che spiegasse bene con utilizzarla per adattarla poi alle mie esigenze. Se conosci bene l’inglese, questo libro è perfetto. Ovviamente le ricette sono diverse rispetto alla nostra cultura culinaria ma il mio obiettivo era capire più che copiare. Infatti ogni ricetta ha consigli pratici e spiegazioni, oltre ad una capitolo introduttivo che spiega come funziona la InstantPot.
