BKoelm: We purchased these as we have 2 Subarus and needed a way to tell our fobs apart. While it serves that purpose it dies look inexpensive. The red is easy to locate though.

Amazon Customer: Every Outback owner that keeps their keys in their pocket needs this device. The buttons of the Subaru key fob are not recessed enough and accidentally trigger on their own, unlocking the doors or opening the back hatch. I would lock the doors and wake up in the morning to find the doors unlocked or the hatch open. Not good. This device solves that problem perfectly. Keeps your fob looking nice too.

Sami: They were RFID protected, then they'd be PERFECT. But they're a perfect fit for my Subi keys, and durable. I'm very hard on my keys (throw them around, constantly playing with them, etc.), and the rubber/silicone has yet to stretch, tear, or warp in any way. The colour is still solid as the first day.

D in TO: Cover fits like a glove and fixes the issue of the accidental button push when the fob is in my pocket. It is a little bulkier but worth the trade-off so I don't accidentally unlock my car or hit the panic alarm button. I have never had this happen on other key fobs including many car rental, hopefully this gets improved on newer cars

Amazon Customer: The unlock button on the OEM key fob is really sensitive and frequently my vehicle has been unlocked while the key fob has been in my pocket. I bought these jackets so that the unlock button's physical profile is more recessed wthin the fob and be less likely to be erroneously pressed while in one's pocket. So far, so good.
