Amazon Customer: Used this for nostril and helix piercings. Works well, does the job. The pointed tip can irritate the skin opposite of the piercing. I replaced the helix with other hardware after a month because the tip would catch on facemask strings. The nasal on is still in though and both healed well.

*Angel*: I used these for piercing the upper cartilege of my ears. I tried the normal type previously, but they are meant for normal earring holes only. Bit of skin to pierce through only. The ears then swell, encapsulating the backing and you are screwed. (Pain like no other) SO, these have no backing... So the holes HEAL FASTER... Easier to keep clean (I used a narrow tipped, rubber bulb nasal aspirator for babies, to cool & rinse & disinfect my piercings). Only be CAREFUL & MINDFUL when you sleep, so you don't have them push through & out while sleeping. I switched them out after 2 weeks to surgical steel posts. NO issues. Awesome buy. I guess they could work for noses too, but I do NOT want my nose pierced (sry?).

Rebecca A. Luce: I bought this two pack for myself and my mom. When we went to use them one broke before we even got to use it. Leavening just one.. mine. Back part fits inside nose comfortably, but when you go to use the actual gun it doesn’t send the ring all the way through your nose. I had to force it all the way through on my own. Piercing is doing great, it’s healed, never got infected. Just don’t want anyone to have to do what I did and possibly end up with a worse situation.

😐: it’s good and really comfortable the only down side is that it doesn’t come with a back so while it’s healing it will poke your septum (i just put a little thing of dried hot glue on the back to stop it) other than that it’s really good and pretty
