Jonathan brown: You can hear the whistle and it’s not really effective. It’s not going to make your dog cower in discomfort. It will make your kids cower in discomfort though.

Natasha Guzzo: Doesn’t work. It’s plain and simple, it just doesn’t work. You can still hear the whistle. And the dog can care less about it. Even if I adjusted it for the “perfect pitch” for my dog, I can still hear it, my dog simply looks at it and keeps on barking or doing the other behavior that I’m trying to correct. And then it Hass to be adjusted almost every time I want to use it. It’s also a pain to adjust it because you have to pull off the sheath to twist the whistle, then put the sheath back on. I wanted to believe some of the reviews, but don’t be like me, don’t buy this.

Sonia GuillorySonia Guillory: I love these training whistles. My fiance has a service dog 🐕‍🦺 to alert if a seizure is coming on. In my opinion, the dog doesn't alert or act like a service dog should, especially in public.
Well, I haven't had a dog of my own for awhile now but used to train dogs for a living in my 20's. If you are a dog owner, you know that you can never stop training and it is a life long activity to keep the dog on the right track, especially a service dog.
I bought these whistles so I can teach my fiance how to use it and we can both have one. For the price of this product, I'm pleasantly surprised.
Her dog has this horrible habit of barking any time he hears the doorbell or a relatives voice in the home that isn't familiar to the dog (Leia). I didn't even start the training yet since I just recieved them in the mail today. The second I blew the whistle 3 short times (as I have chosen for my "no barking" command) then said in a stern voice "no barking!" when she started barking at me uncle coming to visit. She immediately stopped and promptly laid in her bed as I commanded. I was amazed 👏!

I definitely recommend this product. 👌
