This does not fit my 2016 Hyundai sonata key fob. The key release button is on the opposite end. Also one entire side and top of the rubber cover is open. It would have been better if only the top was open for a more secure fit.

That's the cost of replacing the key. When the sensor dropped out of one of my keys, I switched to using the other. Then I realized that I would be in the same predicament again if I didn't do something fast because the original cover was starting to split. I didn't want to give up using my electronic key or spend over 200 bucks for a replacement so I looked on Amazon to see if there was someway I could replace or repair the cover and VOILA! Problem solved. Better yet, a variety of styles means each family member can have their own color coded key so no worries about which key is which.
