Works great in the original ceiling fan that came with our house built in 2019. I specifically used this to replace the pull string switch for the lights.
It is a pack of two, so I have one spare now in case one fails again.
About a week into use, and all I can say is this is a good quality product, solid, and works flawlessly.

I installed the new switch a few weeks ago now. Thus far it’s worked well. It was easy to do, the only downside was the pull cord was a bit shorter than the OEM one. Nothing an extension can’t fix
