Just screw out the old bulbs and screw ib these and see the difference. Used two in my garage and it made a world of difference also uses a lot less electricity if you go off and forget to turn them off. Love that you can direct the light out to cover a larger area.

I saw something similar on qvc so looked for it here. Much cheaper! I put this in my garage and basement- it’s so bright and semi- angle-able so it’s great for illuminating hard to light, dim, dingy spaces. So far I’ve had them up for a few months and they do exactly what they’re supposed to. Screws onto a standard bulb fixture.

The light units are incredibly bright and very easy to install...literally screwing in a light bulb. However, if used with a motion detector switch, the lights will stay on low even though they turn off. Most motion sensors use an electronic switch (instead of a relay) and leakage current will leave the lights lit up, even when the motion detector turns off. A newer motion sensor light switch might fix this. I will try it next. Newer ones also have a daylight detector so your lights don't turn on during the day. Definitely worth the value, however.
