CAROL DIANE SULLIVAN: My cats love these products. I was disappointed that the large size is too small even tho it is the size stated. I will keep and use these unless the size proves to be a discomfort or the cats fall off. . May need to order the extra large for Christmas.

Nancy Rollins: I had another cat recliner that my cat loved. It is taller than these, but I can no longer find one. I got this hoping my way too picky cat would use it and she loves it. Since she is an only animal I sort of ignored the pull out smaller part, but now that I have it extended, she lays on the top like a princess with her paws on the lower part and usually her toys of choice. Yes spoiled, what can I say. She is totally a scratcher and so it is getting a work out but is holding up so far. Since she loves it so much, I actually purchased a second one for the day she wears this one out. It is worth storing in a closet until then.
It arrived fast. Packaging was ok. it was in plastic and mailed in a large envelope. I was glad that it did not get crushed during shipping since it is cardboard. It was fine when I opened it. It is just as described.

CC: Either I read the product description incorrectly or the description was unclear. I assumed I was only receiving the larger of the two scratch pads, but you receive both the large and small when you order. The larger of the two scratch pads was a little smaller than I anticipated but our rather large cats are able to lay on the scratcher quite comfortably. Well made with attractive design and patterns. I am satisfied with my purchase.
