19 Quart Large Countertop Convection Oven & 7-in-1 Toaster Oven Air Fryer Combo - Beelicious

C Stone: Purchased this in December of 2021 as a christmas gift. After 5 months of pretty much daily use (sometimes twice), the air fry feature stopped working completely. Air *bake* will work, but not air fry.

As a consumer and not an engineer, I would assume this is due to the heating element being directly next to the control panel.

This isn't the easiest thing to keep clean, but I also feel like it's not a lifelong appliance- something we'll definitely need to replace in a couple of years even with consistent cleaning. A flat razor helps scrape off grease, if you're also struggling.

Update: I emailed Beelicious customer service and they asked for a video of the problem. I sent that over and the reply email I got was a shipping notification for a replacement unit, which arrived a couple of days later. They do make good on the listed warranty!

The oven died after 3 months. I contacted the company a few days ago. This has been the first time I complained a product that failed. I really did not want to contact them. I thought I could live with it because only the air fryer mode failed, starting in Feb. It was fine and not a big deal since other modes were still working fine. But then just a couple days ago, the oven stopped working altogether except the toast mode and the light. I loved the oven. It was hot enough to bake artisan bread and pizza the way that I like them. So, it left me no choice but contacted the company.

To my surprise, the support has gone above and beyond in a speedy fashion. I really did not expect they would resolve it by sending me a new oven in just a few days. I really hate doing this because I feel bad for them to send me a new oven. It would be a cost for them and a company has to make money. But they were nice enough and lived up to the warranty. Sunrise CircleSunrise Circle: My family likes everything fried.. desperately needed a healthier option. After lots of research, I decided on this one. Best value considering size and features.
Had it for 2 now now and loving it!!
First day I air fried sweet potato puffs in it to try it out. They were crispier in the air fryer then the oven for sure. Also I love that they only cooked in 15 minutes. In the oven they would have taken 24-25 minutes. My first time using an air fryer it was so easy to use. Also it wasn’t loud , literally silent!! when air frying the food which was nice.
I have also used it on sausage, regular bacon, turkey bacon, made Philly Cheesesteak sandwich’s, fajitas, roasted yams, and Parmesan chicken. The chicken was crispy on the outside and moist in the inside. The turkey bacon was the best I have ever had. Definitely can tell the difference in food quality with this air fryer.
Also very easy to clean, the machine itself is gorgeous , has a high end , modern look and feel to it., the control panel is well lit and easy to read as well! it is definitely a game changer for me at a

Marcella: Another update: this time is lasted 13 months before it lost all functionality aside from toasting. It won’t turn on for any other function.

EDIT TO EDIT: I went directly to the manufacturer and uploaded a video at their request (I’m sure this was to rule out user error, which I think is fair). They determined it was a faulty unit and had a new one shipped out. Delivery took longer than they anticipated which was out of their control and they were very communicative throughout the process. I really do enjoy the fryer and the new unit has been working well since receiving it, though it’s only been another month.

EDIT: I received this on 7/14 and loved it. However - today is 8/11 and I used this to air fry some chicken strips for lunch and it worked just fine. By dinner time I went to air fry some halloumi and the light turns on and the timer works, but the heating element and fan will not start up! I’ve messaged the seller (just now) so we’ll see what the customer service is like. Super disappointed right now.
