Mindy Key: The right burner stopped working after 6 months, and the left burner stayed on high after a year. The stainless steel is easy to clean, but the burners are hard to get clean. I tried to maintain them after every use, but they never came completely clean. It is very nice looking and is very low profile. When working, it heated up the food quickly and evenly.

DPF: Buen producto pero una de las placas no enciende igual que la otra, es decir; una parrilla calienta bien y la otra tiene mucho menor potencia y se apaga constantemente, de haber sabido hubiera comprado la de 1 placa pero cuando comenzó a fallar ya había pasado el mes de garantía

casey: hot plate works well. I use it daily as my only cook top and its held up ok, my first one was defective and one hotplate wouldn't heat but the seller was helpful and gave me a replacement. the second one has been working great.

Ccornwall: I didn't use the unit for a few months because of a remodel I was doing and when I went to use it it was faulty. However, the company refunded me my money for the faulty unit which i think deserves 5 stars for exemplary company service. Thank you very much for being an honest company!
