Beachreader: Love the size and heft of these wipes. They really hold up to multiple uses. They were purchased because there is an immune-defiecency in the family and it is necessary for us not to share hand towels. They work fine for hand drying and only the compromised person gets one use out of them. I detest how mushy paper towels become when wet hands reach for them. These wipes are not soggy and so not dry out the normal oils in your hands as regular paper towels do. They are perfect for cleaning counters and the odd spill. The price is right which is an added bonus. The only improvement for us would be to have them pre-cut as opposed to scored as it would make them easier to access, but they appear to be intended for use in a dispenser so I understand why they are made this way. You can dispense them right from the box and this works well but is rather bulky in a bathroom or kitchen. For those of us using them in the house it would be great to either have a home sized (attractive) dispenser or pre-cut towels. Either way, we are satisfied with them.

Dad of All Trades: I was doing a rebuild/refresh on an old 37 Hudson 6 cylinder engine & after honing the cylinders I needed to clean them very well. These were the least lint leaving towels I could find & held up very well! I would highly recommend these towels if leaving lint behind is a concern, especially in engine rebuilding where you cannot hot tank it or flush the cylinders with hot soapy water.

In my situation I had the engine in the car with the crank still in the engine. I didn’t feel using hot soapy water was a route I was willing to do as I didn’t want to flush any fine metal partials into bearings below the cylinders. Thus I covered up the crank with towels & used WD40 as a cleaning fluid along with these towels to wipe the cylinders clean after each thorough spraying down of a cylinder. This was done probably 10-12 times to be extra safe & I really love these towels. Final step was to blow air down cylinders to be sure no lint was left behind. Note: they will leave lint if used heavily but you will get a feel for your own specific needs & situation.

Mandi Santos: Great work type, lint free, paper towels. I custom paint and restore furniture and these work great for cleaning up your work area, wiping down my furniture, i even use these to apply wood stain on some of my pieces since i refuse to use a brush and ruin one of my brushes. I also use these to wipe away excess paint or stain and dont have to worry about streaks or lint getting on my project. If these do such a great job at doing so many things for me and my place of business i cant imagine them not doing just as great things for any work place. I havent had one rip on me yet even after soaking it in water be so the durability is fantastic! Very useful towels no doubt!

SeattleBookMama: I found these listed at a discounted price at the same time that we were wrapping up a renovation, which followed a catastrophic plumbing flood. All I wanted in this world was to get my house back to where it was, albeit with fresher paint and some newer fixtures. It felt as if a thousand strangers had been inside my house and touched every single thing I own. I am not ordinarily a clean freak, but at this point I wanted to clean EVERYTHING. So when I saw that these were reusable, I thought, let's do it.
And really? Not so much. Each sheet is somewhat stronger than a good strong type of paper towel, but since I cannot wash them, there's a limit to how "reusable" they actually are. Once the towel is filthy, it gets thrown away. For the purpose of a larger-than-usual spring cleaning at home, I would opt for the paper towels. The cost is similar, but a roll of paper towels, or two, or three, is much easier to store, more flexible, more lightweight, and easier to tuck under my arm when I am carrying an armload of cleaning supplies. Amazon Customer: Amazon.ca fulfilled this order and now I can not do without these so strong and reusable wipe ups. Nice big self dispensing box and no waste! Great big wipe and you can put any cleaning products on this or nothing at all and absorb the biggest spill, rinse out and use again. The product even leaves a mirror gleaming. great purchase and I find that one of the wipes lasts me all day even after using powder cleanser.

UncleBobMartin: Because these are considerably tougher than paper towels, I can rinse them & re-use them multiple times; where I used to toss several paper towels every day, I average about one wypall every other day. Our first Wypall box -- the heavier X80 Wipers -- had half as many towels, and lasted a full year, whereas we were buying a roll of paper towels every week or two before that.

This box has twice the number of towels, though they are a little more lightweight. So far, they're just as durable -- I expect it will serve us for a couple of years.

Considering that Wypalls come in a cardboard box, and paper towels wrapped in plastic, that alone is a huge improvement. According to Kimberly-Clark, the towels contain up to 40% post-consumer waste -- and think about transporting 2 years' supply of paper towels by truck versus this compact box shipped by Amazon!

The only negative, these towels gain their toughness by the inclusion of propylene in their makeup. The propylene degrades when exposed to UV or heat, yielding aldehydes and carboxylic acids -- both low-impact organic compounds so far as I can tell, but I'm no expert.
