Betty F: slighy smaller than original, super quiet, really love the adjustable flames, heat works well although I won't use it much, it's attractive & has the cozy aesthetic look I wanted, I would highly recommend, the price was more than reasonable, arrived before it was due, one of my best purchases for the price!!!

Peter: Love it! This is our second purchase. We live in an old house and have one installed in our master bedroom. Flames look realistic and add such flair to the main living area. We like how quiet it is, it has a timer and we can use it without heating. Treat yourself, this is perfect.

r: Ordered this unit just before a serious cold snap, arrived just in time. I was so excited to have a firebox with a working remote again so as not to have to get out of bed on those cold winter nights to turn on the heat. Worked beautifully...for two days. Kept throwing error code indicating the auto shutoff had been invoked. Checked to ensure it had adequate ventilation, was properly grounded, etc. Noticed in previous reviews this seemed to be a known problem so I reached out to the seller, asking if they had any ideas on how to fix. They contacted me within 24 hrs with simple instructions on how to repair. I followed the instructions, unit back to working perfectly. For two days. Reached back out to the seller to explain. No problem, they promptly shipped me a replacement unit, which works perfectly fine! Great to see there are still companies that are willing to stand behind what they produce!

Cmarvm: Got this as a replacement for the one that wore out in my entertainment stand. Only downside is that it errors out with a E0 code and requires it to be unplugged. Which is a pain since my tv and stuff are on/in it. Not sure why it errors out never had a problem with the previous one. Also the only way to adjust the temperature is using the remote so don’t lose it. But overall not a bad product does what it was meant to do.

r. Jean Mazepa: Easy to install and remote is useful. Sets the mood and keeps us warm. Would recommend it for small spaces. The flames look more real than in the past.

Judy Nelson: This fireplace was exactly as described. Dimensions were exact and that made for a fairly easy install. Pumps out great heat for a small unit. A little on the noisy side but not bad. Had an issue with the remote that can't be replaced so the seller generously compensated us for that with no haggling. All in all a great transaction! Would definitely recommend.

Jenn Butterfield: Our home was missing something! I loved our home when we purchased it, but the one major downfall of it was no fireplace! We have lived without one for many years but recently I’ve seen that you can put an artificial fireplace in a spot and it looks real. I was searching on Amazon for a fireplace that not only looks realistic but also gave out heat into the room! When I saw this one… I knew it was perfect for our home!♥️ I absolutely love this fireplace insert! Not only does it look wonderful in my home, it also radiates heat....wonderful & warm heat...just like a real fireplace! It was the perfect addition to our home right now! Now I’m super excited for winter time to come do I can snuggle up near it with a cup of hot cocoa! I’ve already received a ton of compliments on it & it’s only been a couple weeks♥️ It’s super easy to install, and I love all of the different settings that it has to offer....especially the remote control! I can sit in a chair across from the fire and not have to get out of my cozy blanket to change the temperature or Settings! HUGE BONUS!!!
Another huge perk is that it comes as one piece so there is absolutely no assembly...
