ChiL: Be prepared to be amazed and disgusted at the same time. Used it immediately to unclog a bathtub drain within minutes it was clear! It really works but be prepared you will uncover some nasty gunk and hair. I didn’t even need to turn the top. Just stuck it straight in and all around a few times and it got everything out. Saved me money from having to call a plumber. Only thing is I’m trying to figure out how to clean it to get everything off the little tiny spokes to look like new again. So knocked off one star because not so easy to clean after. Overall highly recommend!

becky sharp: My husband and I each keep one under our bathroom sinks and use it when the sink begins to get sluggish or has an odor. I recently bought one for my sister-in-law. She thought she would have to call a plumber for her bathroom sink, but we used this on it and the drain cleared. I saved the cost of a plumber. Great product and inexpensive.

Donna: I bought this thinking I could detach the handle and use it on the orange Drain Weasel (I’ve misplaced that one) with the disposable wands. But the handle does not detach from this one. It’s fairly easy to use and pulled up a bunch of hair and gunk from the face bowl drain, though. And it’s not disposable. It was hard to clean with a stiff-bristle brush, per the instructions. But I think I can get a few more uses out of it before I get tired of cleaning it, since I’ve grown accustomed to the one mentioned earlier. Next, I’ll try it in the shower drain.

Tracey G: I found this very hard to use. The barbs that catch the hair are so sharp, I found it really difficult to get it in the drain without hurting my fingers. It pulled out a bit of hair the first time, but it was extremely hard to clean afterwards. I tried to use it again, but it didn’t pull much more out. I’ll stick with my Drano crystals

Betty: It works! The usual baking soda/vinegar solution didn’t completely clear the clog, but this did. It is very difficult to clean for reuse, but that’s what makes it so efficient. Compared to what a plumber or clog cleaners cost, it’s reasonable even if it has to be disposed of.

Jen: I'm not sure how people use this multiple times. It did unclog my drain, but it got stuck when I was taking it out. I don't think you can use this multiple times as it gets really dirty and who wants to clean it?

Amazon Customer: The millipede works and did get some nasties out, that I didn’t even know were down in the drain. The concept is great, but it is cheaply made and I wouldn’t reuse it after digging that far down the drain

Leavage: My bathroom sink was clogged due to my morning sickness the last 4 months. I did one bottle of drain cleaner and it helped a bit, so I ordered this guy to finish the job and finish the job it did. Now, if you’re expecting to put it away all nice and orange afterwards, think again. Those barbs on the side make it very difficult to clean to store for next time. Hair WILL wrap around it and refuse to come off. But you’ll get most of it off. Drain sludge WILL be stuck in the hair in the barbs, but you’ll get most of it off.
Tried it in the bath drain but it did NOT want to go down it at all unfortunately. But I’m very pleased to hear my sink drain as the water runs again!
