I rotated about 20 times and pulled out the biggest clogs I’ve ever been able to pull out. the drains run free. I not only bought it again, I got one for each floor and brought the additional drain wind refills. So I’ll always have it and I won’t have to struggle again with my drains. Incredible.

Jan: Product is amazing and very easy to use. I used this product on a drain that I didn't think was very clogged, but knew it had some hair in the drain. My hair is very long and I have a septic tank so I can't use harsh drain cleaners. I also have a drain with metal barriers so a basic drain strainer is impossible to use. I inserted the tool for about 10 seconds and out came a HUGE glob of hair. I didn't even know the drain could drain that quickly! The product is not reusable but definitely worth the price and I'm ok with not having to clean off the product. Just toss and go.

D.E: The pros: easy to use. simple. i got the 18 inch and it fit my bathroom sink drain perfectly. it was a very simple process to use it. there are also a couple of youtube videos people have made to help you. but this removed my clog. my sink is draining as it was before.

The cons: it grabs longer hair, some gunk, but doesnt grab smaller hairs. you will still have some gunk and residue left. but the majority of whats causing the clog will most likely be removed. however, i wish the spiked pronged tip that is used to get the clogs were longer. having just about a couple of inches to me seems to do the initial job, but once its covered in filth its harder to grab more hair etc. thats my only real issue.

overall: i would suggest this for minor drain clogs for homeowners. itll clear up the majority of it leaving you to use other drain cleaner to really take out the filth. but this is a definite 4 star item that i dont regret getting. it cleared my clog and im happy. id suggest this to others wholeheartedly.

AJFischer: My shower has been draining very slow and I'm tired of trying to rush through showers so I don't end up standing in an inch or more of water.

Bought this hoping it would be better than some of the previous cheapo plastic drain snakes, or the metal ones with grabby hooks on the end that I've bought before, as they don't fit well down my shower drain.

These ones are great. Took me no time to attach the snake to the handle, shove it down the drain, give it a couple twists and pull out a big lump of hair. It solved the drain problem instantly - the water drains perfectly now.

The slimness of the snake allows it to get down the drain easily, and the roughness of the end allows it to grab/tangle whatever gunk is in there and pull it out without a problem.

Couldn't be happier. Will buy again once I run out of refills because I'm sure I'll need it at some point.

AlexAlex: GREAT LITTLE TOOL! LITERALLY TOOK 10 SECONDS TO GET THE JOB DONE! I have all natural black girl hair! Every morning I do my hair routine with my hair products at my bathroom sink. I always have to wash my hands when I'm done, and there is always hair shedding. All this hair goes down the drain. So you can imagine the drain will get clogged!!
I chose this drain hair remover bc of the great reviews! It was super easy to use. Easy to assemble. The whole process was done in under a minute! Super impressive! I just wiggled it with a little force into the drain, pushed it down a bit until I thought it was far down enough.. Gave it about 5 turns and I could instantly feel the resistance. I started to pull it out, and at first I thought it was stuck, however it was just that all the hair that was caught made a big ball and I had to apply some force to yank it out! It came out right away with a some force! Was soo surprised how much hair came up! As you can see from the pics! The instruction said that the rod is disposable or you can clean it and reuse it afterwards! However, all that hair was stuck on tight and disgusting so there was no way I was gonna wrestle with that!

Maro: I used it to clear a clogged shower drain. I did it incorrectly the first time and it didn’t catch much. But the second time, it picked up a lot and my drain is clear now! Highly recommend as it’s simple and effective.
