Joseph: It looked great. Size was perfect. Once set, it worked as good as any air fryer, not so great as a toaster but it was acceptable.
The controls for setting the temp and cook mode were extremely sensitive, it was like a roulette wheel when trying to set the temp, just give it a spin and hope for something close. Just the other day, it took 10 minutes for a piece of bread to get, let's call it crusty. The top elements have failed and now I am stuck with a $160 piece of scrap. I cannot recommend this product even at half the price, 7 months is unacceptable. Heck, the toaster oven it replaced still worked perfectly and it is over 5 yrs old! I'm afraid quality products are just not available anymore. I am extremely disappointed in this unit and will never buy another USBLUEWAVE product. I have never spent so much money on a toaster oven nor have I ever had one fail so quickly. And Customer service? forget it. Not so much as the courtesy of a response. So very, very disappointed. Do yourself a favor and go with a reputable brand, usbluewave is scrap.
Edit: Customer service is nearly non-existent. They did respond requesting "more info" then never responded again....

LiluGru: Was hesitant to purchase an air fryer , had an older toaster oven that worked just fine . WOW - blown away about how this oven does everything well and everything comes out crisp . Used the French fries recipe from America's test kitchen book and they were the first fries I've made at home and as good as any fries I've ever eaten . Had a very minor concern and contacted the factory , they got right back to me and handled it right away . ( minor part replacement ) Really like being able to watch food cook and the really bright interior makes watching easy .

NickNick: This is my very first time using Air Fryer oven, however, it only took me a second to figure out how to use. I tried the baking function to begin with. It performs very well and quick, I am so pleased with the result of my bread. There’s no need to use the stand oven for these types of small baking and cooking going forward and I’m so excited! Absolutely love it and would recommend!!

pexringpexring: When I buy something that costs over $100, I often do plenty of research. I loved our smaller air fryer and decided to upgrade to something larger. I created my own spreadsheets of the positive and negatives of every large unit sold on Amazon and on TV. Despite the lack of reviews at the time of my purchase, this one came out on top. I rarely give 5-star reviews, and this unit did have a couple minor things that knocked it down. First, the door doesn't open flat likes it does on some models. That was my number one gripe. I somewhat overcame that issue be setting the unit on a plastic cutting board (see picture). Or just let the door handle hang over the edge of the cabinet, but I prefer not to do that. The cutting board also helped protect my counter top. My next gripe was no food temperature probe. I also wouldn't mind it being a little bit bigger.

I haven't used every function yet, but I will report on what functions I have used. Using the Toast selection, I made grilled cheese that turned out amazing although it took 10 minutes. Chicken wings is my favorite item to make, and the wings cooked fine without flipping. I did add 5 minutes to...

ShaomeiShaomei: I have never had a counter oven, so I don’t ready sure which one to buy. I am shopping for a whole package with everything may need. My friend recommend this one to me.

This air fryer oven comes with 10 accessories including backing rack, rotisserie as description and also a recipe book and quick guide. The picture showing is cookies I made. It only took 8 minus to make it done much faster than i expect. Another reason for 5 stars is the interior room is big enough for a whole chicken.
