Amanda WhelanAmanda Whelan: I bought this to use in my kindergarten classroom. I love it so far, my only issue is that a lot of the holidays are American, and I am in Canada. I fully expected this, so I’m not upset! There were also a lot of activity cards that are more for use in a family setting instead of school, but again, I expected this based on the pictures. I love the design, it’s easy to use, and the pockets along the bottom hold everything.

Jonathan: I definitely like the calendar. I am super excited to put it in my classroom. If you plan on having students/kids putting in the number and such, I would recommend laminating them.

Caity: We love our calendar. The cards are thick, but dealing with young children, should be laminated to protect them from rough handling.
I had that thought when I first got it, but hung it up anyways. I discovered the cards were getting ripped, so decided to laminate them all myself to help prolong the life. Time consuming, but worth it!
Also if your Canadian, it doesn't have any cards for Canadian holiday's. Just the mutual shared Holiday's with the US.
No Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, National truth & reconciliation or good Friday. I made my own cards Canadian cards.

Kate: This is a very sturdy calendar with tons of pictures. You’ll definitely have to laminate them because they are just on regular paper. My kid was being well a kid and decided to pull on the side of one section that was threaded and she pulled it off. Nonetheless it still holds the cards well. It’s currently hanging on the Ikea Easel board and fits just right. It’s a good size and value compared to the other standard one- although that one is more durable.
