Josh: The pump and ladder suck lol
Everything else is great so far,
I use a 2500gph pump for the main filtering.
And I also use the "1500gph" pump to run the heater because the pressure from the other pump is to high.

Vinnie: Total height of water in the pool was not as advertised that the hight of the pool was stated as due to the fact that you could only fill it up to the red line and not to the top of the frame. It also advertised with 4 windows and it only came with 2. It advertised as having a ground sheet to put under the pool but the box was empty. We did however get reimbursed a substantial refund when we complained. So for customer service I give them 5 stars.

ShopperMomShopperMom: While I would love an inground pool, this was the next best option and I am totally glad I got it. I bought and installed this pool at the end of June and I pop in daily and float my cares away. I did buy a larger sand filter and ladder with deeper and wider rungs (worth the additional investment of $300 each). The only maintenance I do is daily skimming (which is actually quite therapeutic), adding the 1" Chlorine tablets weekly via the pool's filter system and shock the water when it got a little foggy (only had to do it once thus far), but within 1 hour the water was perfect again.
