Amazon Customer: Originally, I thought it was user error that everything BURNED. The knob controls are NOT very precise. After burning something Yet again, I put an oven thermometer into this Airfryer/Oven. I set the temperature to 300 Degrees Fahrenheit, Oven Setting. The thermometer rose to OVER 450 degrees Fahrenheit. I notified the Company, thinking the oven has a broken thermostat, and was told their Technicians are 'okay' with temperature variation of 50 degrees Celsius (112 degrees Fahrenheit) and that it is 'Normal'. No Wonder things burned without fully cooking. I made repeated attempts to explain that 112 F degrees(50 degree C) variation let alone, 150 F degrees that I was actually having, is UNACCEPTABLE!. The Company just kept telling me variance can come from a dirty oven. I told them multiple times that the oven BURNED EVERYTHING SO WAS HARDLY USED AND VERY CLEAN!!!
I give up trying to rectify the situation, and I am going to throw it away rather than donate it, so I or someone else doesn't 't burn down a house.

S. Tracy: Love our Weesta Air Fryer Oven combo. Great value & easy to clean. Cooks evenly & also love how it toasts bread and bakes frozen food. I Like that it is NOT digital. However, they could improve on legibility of the timer (I recommend ya also set a separate timer incase you don’t notice the soft “ding” ) and the writing on the air fry control side could be a brighter color, but not a deal breaker. I also would like it if the silver model (mine) came with a removable basket handle like some of the other colors do (mine has no handle). This company is very generous and easy to work with. I highly recommend it especially for a low cost way to introduce ones self to air frying. Word of caution, the black color option is an error & is not black but a gunmetal dark grey. Good looking but didn’t fit my decor(does come with a basket handle). Their customer service is excellent and made the return easy and expressed a “goodwill” discount for the confusion of color advertised. I would buy from Weesta again.

Amazon Customer: I bought this to replace our small air fryer and it’s faster than our old one and things get crispier in it also. So far so good I’m happy with the purchase. We have 6 people in our family and can make dinner for everyone quickly when it’s my turn to cook. It is very big on the Countertop but replaced the toaster, toaster oven and old air fryer so Ill take the good with the bad.
