ThunderDuck: I saw many of the other write-ups complaining about the terminals and not having the correct connectors. I did not have that problem and the connections were easy to set up. The device listed itself online as a replacement for a particular battery that I had from another company. I am trying it out now and I hope it lasts as long as the other one that I had. The previous battery lasted 8 years so I'm hoping this one last at least that long since it is listed as a replacement battery. Overall the size and dimensions are exactly like the one that I previously had and so far it seems to be working well.

Denise: The connections did not fit, however they responded quickly to my message and mailed out adapters in one day. They adapters worked fine. I am very pleased. They were very responsive and helpful.
