Isaac C.: I used this to replace the 12V 7Ahr lead acid battery in my daughter’s power wheels jeep. I thought we would get double the run time since this unit is 15 Ahr, but it was only around half the run time. Also, after a few months of use, it only lasts for a few minutes before going completely dead.
Steer clear and just buy a name brand lead acid if you’re looking for a replacement!

ricard: The came charged and worked great for about a month. Used on a ride on 12 volt kid car. After about a month it lost charge to point that the battery charger will not charge because battery does not have enough charge to charge. I have been able to get around it by jumping it with another battery. It then gets a full charge and can be recharged for another month or so, then have to repeat the process.

Brian Jacobson: I put them in my mobility cart and the difference from lead acid batteries is amazing! I installed them and went to the swap meet and went through 3 times. When I got home, I put the charger on them and they had not even gone down enough for the charger to turn on. I wish I had done this a few years ago. The difference is vast!

Over time, the electrolytes of the sealed lead acid batteries dried up and the batteries completely failed.
I wanted a longer runtime and so these were the ticket. These LFP batteries are WAY light compared to the original lead acid batts. That said, they also had a very light moment of rotational inertia (they were easier to spin than I expected them to be) and so I opened the case. The actual batteries occupy only about 70% of the actual battery space/volume. In fact, there's so much room inside the plastic housing the manufacturer installed thick foam around them to prevent them from flopping around inside. I'm pretty much dead set on cutting the cases down to reduce them to their actual volume.
Nearly doubled the original runtime of my UPS. Before, with new lead acid, I'd get about 50-60 minutes of runtime with a 15% load. Now, it starts...
