Cynthia AlessandriCynthia Alessandri: The colors were soooo pigmented! I kept trying to make very muted light colors but no matter how little product I used they were very pigmented! Which is a great thing!! Also, they didn’t leave any bad after taste or alter the flavor of the buttercream at all.

Justthejs4: These colors are vibrant in frosting. It doesn’t seem to impact flavor which is extremely important to me. For those bakers, I highly recommend them. They will stain your hands though so proceed with caution. It is dye obviously…so be mindful of that because it does stain. Otherwise, it’s great!

Jeanet: Although my niece has begged me to make a rainbow cake it's been way too hot, so we've only used these to make pancakes. However, the colours are vibrant and the concentration is strong enough that you don't need a lot. We'll see how long they stay fresh as not all have been opened, but very satisfied so far.
