shane guswiler: This is not the end all be all, this has lots of great recipes that are also great and easy to adjust if you have dietary issues with certain things. Easy to replicate and recipes are not hard to follow. Book reads well and highly recommend

pinkdiamndz: I initially checked this book out from my local library. I've had too many bad experiences of buying cookbooks and then not liking them, so I wanted to make sure this would be a good one. I like to read through an entire cookbook before trying out the recipes (I know, I'm weird). This one was a rockstar! I checked it out several times from the library and then ended up just buying it here. We've made a few recipes so far and have loved them all. The recipes are easy to tweak if you have allergies or lack of an ingredient that you thought you had. Definitely recommend this book!

Mary V. Evans: Very pretty book with terrific illustrations. Healthy recipes but I’d prefer more of the recipes that I saw online on FB.

Mel Alexander: This cookbook has some amazing delicious recipes inside, we use it probably most often of all our cookbooks in the house. I bought this book because I was trying to be more aware of my calorie intake and it had some great on the go lunch ideas.
Reading through it though I almost would put a trigger warning for those that might have an eating disorder, there is an area she talking about splurging and spoiling herself and adding a spoonful of sour vream to a recipe. A spoonful of sour cream won't hurt. Aside from some worrisome comments within the text it's a fantastic book!

Henry Anderson: After losing a load of weight I lost motivation and put some back in. Food became boring and I couldn’t work out how to meal prep, everything I made didn’t last.
This book has completely changed that and is one of the few books where a good 90% of the recipes I actually want to eat! Usually a book only contains a couple. The prep is well laid out and it also teaches you about the way meal prep helps.
Highly recommend!

Twizzle13: Bought for my hubby who’s recently been on a fitness drive and lost a bit of weight. He needs to be more organised with his meal prep and whilst this doesn’t teach him anything new, he’s quite inspired by some of the recipes. Some of the ingredients are a little unusual and possibly not UK available and measurements in cups so star knocked off for this.

Kendall O'Geil: One of the best and most used recipe books I've purchased. It's a weekly staple in our house, and unlike many other cookbooks where I may only enjoy a few recipes in the bunch, every single one I've tried from this book has been a winner that I've made more than once. Plus, ingredients used are rarely hard to find and there is a great amount of variety. Would absolutely recommend for anyone who likes to or wants to try meal prepping

Anonymous123: I've tried several different meals and so far, I've loved every one! Many "skinny" meals found in other places taste like boiled chicken and broccoli with no flavor, but these meals are full of flavor. The mix of spices in every meal keeps them exciting. This is definitely a cookbook I'll continue to reach for frequently.
My fiance is kind of picky with food and doesn't like it when things "taste healthy," but he's liked everything so far as well. His only complaint is "too much tomato" for some dishes. If I replace regular canned diced tomatoes with the petite diced tomatoes, he doesn't mind it so much.
It doesn't take too long to prepare the dishes. I'm slow at chopping, so that probably takes a bit. Overall, the instructions are easy to follow and the pictures show how you can plate it nicely.
Some of the meals we've tried with fiance (picky eater) reviews:
* Freezer Breakfast Croissant Sandwiches (they're only 200 calories, but super delicious!! This one is definitely a winner! I've made at least 3 batches. Fiance loves this one too)
* Skinny Gumbo (very tasty, but fiance said too much tomato)
* Burrito Bowl (I couldn't get the sauce to taste...

HeatleeHeatlee: I have a hard time coming up with ideas for meal prep and this is great for all meals! I made “Mom’s Pot Pie” for dinner last night and when she says make two you should! I had zero leftovers. I highly recommend this cookbook.
