Phil: We love this gazebo, for us it is a screen room that keeps out the mosquitoes and flies. The design, materials and construction make it strong and stable. Easy to put together if you take your time. Easy to use, we have the 13 x 10, I love the size of it. Get the sand bags, the one that wrap around the poles. Very good at keeping bugs out, screens are good quality and reach down to the floor nicely. Looks awesome too!

Kerry VincentKerry Vincent: Alright here goes......My first ever review of a crappy product. I thought I would save a couple of dollars since my other one was crushed during a snow last winter. Anyhow, I paid about $150 less and I have learned from this mistake.

Once taken out of the box, we could tell this item was made crappy. The parts were not labeled correctly and the directions were very hard to understand. This is not normal. Even the pictures on the directions didn't help much. OH and make sure you do not lose a piece because they did not send an extra nut or bolt like some places. I would suggest two if anyone is counting. Yes I have quite the collection of nuts and bolts over the years so I had what was needed. Anyhow, After approximately 4 hours.......We finally got this canopy up. Looked good although it was probably the lightest canopy we ever put up.

The covering is made of cheap material. I expected canvas or what was like canvas on this one. Not sure what this is, but it is not good. It rained about two days after putting this canopy up. Water comes right through. I understand it is not waterproof, but come on! A little resistance would have been nice.

Amazon Customer: TL;DR: Great customer service, product is OK.

Not sure if due to poor packaging or the shipping company's fault, but the shipping box was split in half and some gazebo parts were missing or damaged. The vendor quickly resolved this by shipping me a new gazebo, in time for my event. This new box was slightly damaged but at least no missing parts. When we built the gazebo, unfortunately there were some parts that didn't fit properly (eg, poles too short or holes didn't line up). We made it work but it wasn't structurally stable. I reached out to the vendor again and they quickly resolved my issue. Overall, amazing customer service!! I'm just sad that the product didn't work out for me. :(

Patricia Mueller: Update - Video instructions worked well. We had to keep starting and stopping the video for the installation, however, it was sufficient to put the gazebo together. We did follow the helpful tips posted here from various people for putting up, i.e. using the drill vs. manual wrench, putting the hanger pieces on the screen and curtain prior to hanging on the track. The only piece we are stuck on is the vent at the top and how to tie the ties to the loops. you have to have really little hands and fingers to get up between the vent and tie them. It took my husband and I about 5 hours to put up. We took our time to avoid re-work. We love it and will be getting sand bags to hold down in the event of heavy winds.

Update - They finally sent a link to a video for assembly. We will try using the video & post an update. Asked several times for PDF of the instructions and they just kept referring me to use the video. We have had 25 mile an hour winds over the last several days so unable to assemble, yet.

Unfortunately, we can't assemble this product as there are no instructions. We have made several attempts to reach the seller, however, they are not responding. Their...

...: A little disappointed, the roof is a nightmare to put up. The roof was that tight, the one corner ripped to say I was devastated is an understatement.

Tiffany Ciszkowski: Though it did take some time and help to assemble this gazebo, it has become a treasured part of my backyard. It allows for great privacy from nearby neighbors and is a real cozy place to enjoy the outdoors in the comfort of some shade. I actually tie back the curtains on 2 columns and leave the rest pulled across for the perfect blend of fresh air and a private area to sit while gazing at my garden and yard and watching the dogs play. I initially got this to provide shade after 2 large trees came down in my yard. It's classy and just beyond perfect for my needs. As others have mentioned, it is not waterproof but that wasn't a deal breaker for me. I take the curtins and canopy off in November and usually put back on in April here in CT. My biggest recommendations is to anchor the pillar legs in some way because mine did fly up and over the fence into my neighbor's yard. We were able to somehow get it back into our yard and used it again for another season but the damage left it unstable. The damage got to be too much though and I just had to finish disassembling it to throw out. I will order another one, being wiser now about the importance of securing the pillars. It really has...
