Another Customer: At this price, you could get a new one of these every couple of years. You will spend an equal amount or greater on a pool cover solution and maintenance equipment/supplies – but most of that will outlast the pool. We sunk four cedar posts at the corners of six heavy rubber stall mats arranged in a large square to create a pad. We used interlocking foam gym-floor squares to create an inexpensive soft surface for the pool to sit on. We stretched shade sails between the posts, so the water stays cool. I got a large inflatable circular float to put in the center of it under the cover (so it doesn't collect water), and we weigh the cover down with 1-liter soda bottles hung around the edges. the pool holds water, the pump and filtration system work well, and we have enjoyed using it to recover from the heat at the end of the day. I will take it down and store it for the winter in a large mesh soccer-ball bag, and we'll use the pad for our inflatable hot tub until next spring. We love it.

L. Rockhold: Not quite as big as what we need, but it was easy to set up and fun to use. The pump is a little bit small for actually filtering all of the water. The only other negative is that either cats or squirrels got on the top tube to drink out of the pool when I forgot to put the solar

cover on it and punctured the tube. Without the tube inflated, the pool starts to lose water. So next time we are getting a real above ground pool with no inflating! This was fun but we need bigger and better next year!

Betty: *UPDATE....They were very helpful on getting a replacement pump. However do not throw away your pump housing because Polygroup only sends you the pump and you have to replace it in the housing unit
I also emailed Polygroup.com to get the pump quicker. Spree provided me with the proof of purchase also. I also had to provide product numbers from the unit and the pool itself. The pool is just the right size for myself and my grandkids to cool off in. The pump stopped working after 3 weeks but the company was very cooperative in dealing with. They are sending me a replacement at no cost. Great customer service!

Candice: Really disappointed because I bought this pool last summer from Walmart and didn’t have any problems with it and it was way cheaper than on Amazon. I haven’t even use the pool yet and the air keeps coming out from the ring. We have tried everything to try and find any hole/holes but no luck until I read all the comments and everyone said the same thing happened to them. I asked for a refund so let’s hope I get it because it was very disappointing especially spending all that money. Please read ALL the comments because they are VERY accurate!

AJ: Got this size pool for my 3 and 6 year old. Perfect size for them. Easy to assemble but I also watched a U tube video just to make sure I hooked pump up correctly. There was a slow leak from the pool that I noticed a few days after setting the pool up. I was going to send it back but I put a patch that came with the pool over the leak and it fixed the problem. Its been up about a month now and they swim in it everyday. I even get it and play around and its enough room, plan on getting bigger one next year. I also got a pool cover which is a must or u will have lots of unwanted leaves, dirt, etc... This pool keeps them having fun in the sun, exactly what I was hoping!

Samuela B.: I've had another brand inflatable ring pools for the past 9 years. Went from 10 foot to 12 foot to 15 foot as my daughter grew. Never had a leak or any problems. Got this pool, set it up, inflated the ring and began to fill. As soon as water started to fill the pool, I saw a leak. I patched it - small leak I figured not a big deal. 2nd day up the ring got a hole. It, of course, deflated emptying the pool and flooding my yard as I was trying to patch the hole. I got that patched and refilled the ring. Put water back in the pool. It was fine at 7AM next morning. By 11:30, my yard was flooded again and pool was draining. I cannot find the leak. Basically it is unusable. I'm working with customer service to try to resolve this. So far I spent about an hour on the phone then sent my invoice and pictures of the pool and leaks. Very disappointing and frustrating!
