My only issue was the hammock was really best suited for a 14-15’ stand so it was a bit too close to the ground when you used it. I emailed customer service about my issue and received a quick response and they helped me resolve my issue to my satisfaction. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Amazon Customer: When the hammock arrived there were some minor issues with the hammock. I contacted the seller, told them what was wrong, and Ivy immediately sent a replacement and followed up with me to make sure I received the second hammock and that it was in good shape.
The hammock and stand are very sturdy and easy to put together and take down. I really like the hammock/stand and feel it is a good value, but the customer service (especially Ivy) we received would cause me to purchase from them again without hesitation.

SweetPeaSweetPea: I bought this on a whim, thinking if it was chinsy I could return it. It had pretty good reviews so I took a chance. Holy cow, I am blown away at the quality and size of this hammock for just over a hundred bucks! Easily worth every dollar and then some. It was set up and being enjoyed on our sun deck in under ten minutes 🌞✌️

Kindle Customer: The only thing I didn't like was the hammock stretches out quickly. I didn't buy it for the hammock I wanted the stand. It came with a carry bag too. Super quick to put together, under 5 minutes. Its had two people in it at once. About 270lbs squirming around and it held us without a problem. It's lightweight too, the kiddos could move it around easily.
