Amazon Customer: Perfect , will be appreciated

Amazon Customer: I've been TIG welding stainless steel for 20 years and these are top quality tungsten. They work better at low amperage DC starts than 1.5% lanthanated. The arc is clean and much brighter than ceriated and the tungsten stays very uniform and durable. It also sharpens extremely well and easy. These are top quality tungsten as far as I'm concerned. Pretty much my go to tungsten.

MrMurgle: Howdy yall. Bought this cause I was tired of trying to use 1/16th electrodes, but didn't want to spend 15$ for three of them at my local welding store. Truth be told, I would have rathered just buy this pack and saved the 15$ for other stuff but oh well. Anyway, the start great at low amps for lift/scratch start on DC. Highest amps I've used them on so far is 125 (I just started welding a week ago). If this review was helpful,go ahead and click that like button please.

Nathan ?.: Pretty much like general 2% Lanthanated videos on youtube, this has been a solid performer and breaking off a dipped tip is quite clean. Grinds well on a wheel.
Only downside is that it doesn't magically make you a better TIG welder.

lam: Superior to thoriated and pure in almost every way. The 1/8 easily handles 280 amps AC when I'm working with 4043 aluminum and lasts much longer than the other electrodes.

Jason: I have been Tig welding and buying Tig stuff for it seems like forever and a million dollars worth. I have to say Welding City is my go to seller their prices are very hard to beat. The 2% Lanthanated (Blue), 3/32"x7" (10Pk Box) is the best you can use IMO you can use it on DC like a champ but on AC for aluminum it really shines too. This is the only tungsten that will hold its point for both processes. I like the fact it does hold a point so i can keep a nice tight arc. You can use other tungsten too but for inverter welders like the HTP Invertig 221, Ever last, Lincoln, Miller etc. Ive tried everyone out there and these are far the best. Try them out and you'll see for yourself.

Steve Polhill: This is my first venture into Lanthanated Electrodes. Normally I would use a ceriated electrode, but have been hearing good things about the Lanthanated. When sharpened they keep a nice point at 140amps on A/C welding aluminum on my old Miller Syncrowave 180. The only downfall I've seen is they seem the get contaminated easily. Now, this is more my fault than the electrodes. When first trying them I had the electrode sticking out a fair way, and accidentally touched the side of the part I was welding. I checked the tungsten and it looked fine. I thought I had gotten away with it, but NOPE. struck the arch and black crap everywhere. So don't be fooled even if the electrode looks good grind it again.

Chris: I am a novice TIG welder with a scratch TIG setup. I've been through a couple of small tanks of Argon and I haven't been through two of these tungstens yet. That is also with having to regrind the tip fairly often because I've messed up. You can't beat the price on these and the quality is good. However, I honestly don't know enough about TIG welding to be able to give them a higher rating.

One More Enginer: I purchased these electrodes (0.040") for thin sheet metal work, and in conjunction with a welding city gas lens kit. For the purpose I purchased these for, and for the price, I have so far been excellent. Used for welding in the 20-50Amp range, these tungstens arced brightly and remained sharp, with the entire project's welding (approx 20 linear inches @ ~10% duty cycle) being run without any sort of balling or erosion of the tip (I tend to grind fairly shallow, to minimize arc area). These also did a wonderful job of maintaining a sharp, 'stiff', allowing me to push the weld puddle around easily. Are there better lanthanated electrodes you can buy? Probably. Are these going to be sufficient for most welding in the comfortable amperage range of this diameter? Absolutely.

The nice thing with these, is that they're so cheap you can buy a couple electrode packs of different size, to cover different set amperages, for the price of a single pack of premium electrodes.
