バリも無く、接続もちゃんと出来ました。
これ位の線からは油圧で留めたいのだが、付いてるリングは油圧用じゃ無いぽぃ？

200vの溶接機ではもうワンサイズほど大きいタイプだと思います。

Sam: I needed to upgrade the cables on a small stick welder that came with 6' leads and wanted to go to 2 ga. wire at the same time. I was worried because these 10-25 connectors are usually limited to 4 ga or a metric 25mm^2 cable which are very hard to find. When they arrived I noticed they came with a copper wire wrap that I was not expecting but also worried that if I used it, it would make getting the 2 ga wire in even worse. It turned out I was able to use the wrap and the wire went in easily but I did have to put the connector in a vise while I tightened down the set screw to get it even so I could slide the boot back up. The connectors make good tight contact with the welder and are holding the wire very securely.

Willy J: Recently purchased a Klutch 150 spool gun for my Harbor Freight Titanium Multiprocess 200 welder. It connects right up as it was designed but is a hassle to bolt the DC cable ring connector to the MIG outlet each time. A better solution was to replace the ring connector with this DINSE connector and just plug it into the front of the machine. The DC cable on the SG is quite thick perhaps a 2AWG but it fit right in the connector and the set screw held it tight. The DINSE connector itself looked to be made of brass and connected well in the socket.

The way to install these is to strip about 1/2 inch of insulation from the cable and then run the cable through the rubber insulator. Then insert the braided cable into the brass connector and lock it with the set screw. Then pull back the cable and push the connector into the rubber insulator. There are 2 slots in the brass connection which only fit in one position in the rubber insulator. A little Vaseline can help as it's a tight fit.

A.C.: These connectors worked great for my inverter stick welder. The leads that came with my welder were adequate, but not overbuilt at all. I wanted to make some new ones and had planned to use the dinse connectors off my old leads when I saw these connectors on Amazon for $7!! Figured I’d try them and that way I’ll have two sets of leads, if the need ever arises. I used 3AWG for the ground lead and it worked perfectly. Didn’t have any more of that so I had to go to my local welding supply and purchase some 2AWG. The 2AWG fit in the hole with room to spare, but I couldn’t get the set screw in flush with the outside of the connector. This led to the rubber housing not really sitting flush around the connector, and it was really hard to get on. It would be nice if these shipped with two different size set screws, some short ones for large cables, and some long ones for smaller gauge cables.

Overall, they work perfectly, and even came with a copper shim inside the connectors to use if you’re using smaller gauge cables.
