Marge: I've always used a liner in my cat's litter pan. Much easier to clean the box. These have the elastic which fits around the box and is easy to put on and off.

Arlene Kinner: I have four really large litter pans and these liners fit just right. When it's time to change the litter, the bag lifts easily out of the litter pan. I do put a piece of cardboard on the bottom of the litter liner. As you know cats have sharp claws and can tear the liner. So if you don't want litter spilling out of the bottom when lifting the liner out of the litter pan, use a piece of cardboard.
