Ralf Landrock: Ein super durchdachtes System, äußere Hülle aus Wachs mit einem Kern, der die Batterien aufnimmt und das Leuchtmittel mit Strom versorgt. Am unteren Ende des Kerns ist ein Schalter platziert mit dem man die Kerze durch leichten Druck auf die „Flamme“ ein und ausschalten kann. Die Flamme sieht einer realen recht ähnlich. Hoffentlich halten sie lange.

They feel waxy, and you can turn them on by either clicking the flame or using the remote. It comes with batteries and a remote. Very cool!

Amazon Customer: These are fabulous candles and easy to use. You don’t need to be removed from holder to turn on. They come packaged securely however I ordered the red and the wax melted all over the battery insert….so don’t order when it’s hot outside!

A Customer: Sure didn't expect to write a review for candles. I mean, candles. One candle is another candle. Not these babies! They are excellent!! Look so real. Come with batteries. Ridiculously simple, just pop in 2 batteries per candle, all batteries included--and your home is not going to risk a live flame causing fire. And, the remote thing, which was thinking, meh, who needs it, very cool bc, for example, can set candles to four hours and go to bed, with candles turning off after you turn out. Waaay better product than expected.

CJCJ: I am writing this review for several reasons: 1) I just LOVE these candles; 2) I so appreciate when others take the time to do reviews and upload photos that we all, as potential buyers, rely on; 3) I am hoping to help others, like me, find a solution to not being able to use electric candles in windows once you have shutters put in place.

I have purchased/tried so many different candles, and none of them worked out until I got these. Many of the candles I purchased in the past had limited glow from the street, you could barely see the light. Especially in comparison to the most beautiful bright white glow from the electric candles that I used in my windows at the holidays for many years in the past, but were rendered useless once I had permanent plantation shutters installed. That is because the track for the shutters takes up ½ of the window sill. And you couldn’t close the shutters because of the wire running down the back to the outlet. These candles, however, along with some small candlestick holders I found in a thrift store, were the perfect solution. I love the soft warm glow of the light of the candles, and I love how snug the fit is with the candlestick into...

Susan: Oh wow! I really like these candles! They are packaged well and elegantly. That’s always nice! And they have a nice color ....just a bit off white... and waxy feel. The flame is not terribly authentic but it really can’t be , can it? It does have a very nice glow, tho’ and they have a unique battery on/off by pushing down on the flame of each candle which works quite well, OR you can use the remote and that is very handy as no matter how many candles you purchase they all work on one remote. But you have to be in close proximity so theoretically you cou,d turn some on and not others ( I have done this) ! I am planning to get more!
