Jbdozier: I had this item less than a year and it has stopped working. I tried to go to support page listed on Amazon as well as using a browser but nothing would come up. Amazon says there is only a thirty day replacement or return on this item so I have no recourse except to throw it away. Buyer beware on purchasing this oven. My review should be zero stars but that is not an option.

Brenda S Terry: Thought I would love this product....all-inclusive. save counter space, compact....just not happy with it. I was used to an air fryer with a basket....so easy to use and clean! This is a mini oven and the rack is short and can't be pulled out far enough to inspect your food without almost every time dropping it.... You have to pull out everything to clean it instead of just the basket.... I'm never sure whether I'm air frying or roasting....just not at all what I had expected....would have returned it if I hadn't been hoping to get used to it and now it is no longer eligible for return......

De: I’ve just recently purchased, and only used once. However, so far I’m loving it. The directions are easy to follow, it heated up evenly, and was easy to clean. I like the fact that it sits tall instead of wide; therefore it leaves more space on my countertop whereas the wide ones take up more space. So far so good!

FL123CUFL123CU: This is my first air fryer ever. Received it yesterday, cooked my first chicken, extremely satisfied with the taste and how juicy it came out!

Amazon delivered to me a box that looked repackaged. It's supposed to include a recipe book and it didn't (this is Amazon's fault and they helped rectify this issue afterwards).

There is, however, a minor design flaw that I wasn't thrilled about with this product. Plus, there are very vague YouTube videos regarding this product and felt it was important to address it on a review. You can certainly improvise this issue and I'll explain below...

This oven doesn't come with solid baking pan with high edges. It only comes with a baking mesh, a rotisserie basket for chicken, fries etc... A tray for searing steaks (with hole in the center) etc. The oven is pretty much designed to have all juices of whatever it is you are cooking to drip below to the drip pan... However...I don't like the fact that the drip tray goes BELOW the 2 heating rod elements. I posted a picture and circled the heating rod in red to show. Anything that drips will ALSO drip on to these heating rods. If you are cooking something that...

Kelly LinKelly Lin: This air fryer is easy to set up, it's a lot easier than I thought, it heats up very quickly it's fantastic, it's crunchy and it's oil-free, and I'm particularly happy that reheating food is not easy to eat, and the result is crisp and delicious, it's easier to clean than the stove, still exploring all of its features, I'm very happy with the results.
