Porter: I called and asked them if I can do it over painted surfaces and they said absolutely not. However, I didn’t it anyways and it worked great. They said it would not stick but this stuff adheres to everything. Make sure you use a rubber squeegee and NOT a plastic one. The rubber one is a lot smoother and less lines. Also, use xylene to clean up. Water and paint thinner do not work.
