optomi3: I have seen the same comments and I don’t believe it until I experienced the same problem, I turn off before put it away, the next time I open the box, the battery is drained
I have replaced 3 batteries already with very limited used. now I removed the battery before I put is way every time.
The Mm/ inch selection buttons are very sensitive , it jumps back and forth with a simple touch
Improvement are need to made it stable

Randy Montañez: This tool is very affordable very accurate and very reliable and literally pays for itself 10 times over just after the first break job A co-worker of mine just bought the expensive Matco brand off the truck and that multimeter was off by like 1 1/2mm

CaptainBasic: I don't really have any complaints about this. As long as you don't need Mitutoyo accuracy this is a great tool. It has a solid feel in your hand, the surfaces are well machined, the screen is easy to read, all the buttons can be pressed with gloved hands, the adjustment wheel works like a charm, again even with gloved hands. I confirmed that it is at least as accurate as they claim and I can get consistent measurements from anywhere on the caliper jaws (a problem some other cheaper calipers have give me in the past).
For me it fits the bill perfectly and it's just what I need for my fabrication tasks around the shop. I would buy it again and don't hesitate to recommend it.

David White: This instrument is a must have a part of your tool kit. Invaluable! The item works well, has good weight, and is accurate. A replacement battery was included in the sturdy case as well. The caliper's tiny buttons feel good and provides an immediate result even with large hands or fingers. Switching from inches to millimeter (my favorite) delivers a quick, accurate, and legible readout. This is a good value!

Steve S: Need an easy to use measuring tool for my fence gauges. As a fencing contractor it’s important for accurate measurements for materials and this tool does what it says. Quality was a nice surprise. It has its own case so protecting it was a nice surprise.
It came with an extra set of pen batteries-nice!
So far very happy with this tool. Precision measurement, thumb adjust so easy to float the forks. Measures both exterior and interior items and with both digital view it also have hard view on the tool itself. Well with the price as the price is low as is.
I feel I made a good choice
