David Gs: ya había visto un comentario similar de un comprador pero aun así me animé. El apagador tiene buen diseño y en general se ve de buena calidad, sin embargo muy seguido se desconecta de la red wifi y no se vuelve a conectar de manera automática por lo que las funciones "smart" quedan inoperables hasta que se resetee físicamente el apagador.

thejoshthejosh: For reference: I use this switch exclusively as a smart switch (it is not directly wired to any light fixture). It is powered by tapping into the power of the adjacent light switch.
I use this to control my upper and lower cabinet lighting. I have my cabinet lights powered with a Kasa smart outlet. I used Samsung Smartthings app to connect this switch to the Kasa outlets.
I love being able to control the upper and lower lights separately with the top and bottom buttons and then all lights together with the middle switch. It takes a bit of programming within Smartthings to get this to work smoothly, but it now works great!
My only gripe is that because it is not hard-wired, it takes a solid 1-2 seconds after a button press for the lights to respond. That is totally reasonable, but it is what it is. (Press the button, the signal goes to the Smartlife server, then the Smartthings server, then to the Kasa server then to the light itself)

Pat: The description of the item said that this switch was ETL certified. When I received the item there was NO ETL certification mark on the switch or the box it came in.
I contacted Intertek, who does the ETL certification, and they checked their database and told me that this product IS NOT ETL CERTIFIED.
If you are after a product that you are NOT liable for in case of fire or God forbid electrocute someone then this product is not for you.
I sent the product back.
Truely a shame as this product supposedly did exactly what I needed, but I'll never know as I never wired it up.
I would have given this switch a zero star rating if I could have due to the blatant ETL certification lie that is still on the Amazon product page (almost 3 months after I returned the switch.)

A. Sulak: Works great as a dual smart switch for a single box - these are very hard to come by.
Install is pretty simple, and the switch does not take up a lot of space in your wall box - VERY important for older homes like mine that don't have newer/larger wall boxes.
The switch by itself works great - buttons have a good feel and turn on and off easily. The Smart Life app is pretty easy to use; I also integrated it into my Smartthings app with no issue to use in automation.
My only issue is the WiFi - I have two of these switches, and both of them disconnect from Wifi every couple of days. Most times they will reconnect by themselves, or I'll have to hold one of the buttons for 5 - 10 seconds to put the switch back into "pairing" mode - if you don't use the app to make changes, the switch will just reconnect back to the WiFi it was configured for.
I have one of these switches one room away from a WiFi AP, and it still disconnects... and about 8 TP-Link Kasa smart wall switches throughout my house that never disconnect. I'm hoping that a firmware update can resolve this, but in the mean time, it works pretty well and I'm dealing with the disconnections as they...

StealthSingh: The model that I got had bluetooth & wifi. Configuring it however took forever, the app would detect it but somehow wouldn't finish configuring it. Not too sure if it was my wifi related, which has the same ssid for 5 & 2.4. However I configured additional ssid on 2.4 and wpa2, after which I was able to connect to it successfully.
Once connected, it has been been working perfectly. Integrated with both Alexa & Google without issues.
The switch itself didn't come with screws to install it, so had to steal the screws from the old switch.(hence 4 stars)
Apart from that, the whole body is insulated in plastic. It has screw holes in the following configuration:
Ground
Neutral
Live
Load1
empty
Load2
I had to add wires for Ground & Neutral, as my previous switch didn't need those.

ThaoThao: Installation is easy if you installled a smart switch beofre. Howver, after 6 months it frozen. The switch is not responding even by using the physicaal button. Try to look for warranty information but nothing there. Asking seller for the warranty info but was ignored. I do not recommend this product

After using these switches for several months I am dropping the rating to 1 star. After they disconnect and I force them to reconnect (see the original review below) a few times they will go into a mode where they ignore all inputs and permanently stay disconnected. This does not seem to be a signal strength issue; it happens even with the switches not installed in the wall and sitting a couple of feet from the router. I have tried multiple different routers and it happens with all of them. I bought 4 of these switches and all of them have the same issue; I have no other connection issues with any other devices in the house. After about a week of use (and several manual resets by holding down the button within that week) they will become unavailable with no way to reset them until you flip a breaker switch to depower them.
They are so close to being great, but after months of troubleshooting I will be removing them, as switches I can frequently not use are worthless.
