William Woodruff: This cover fits well. included foam gasket tape to fill gap at front bed rail, easy to install. Rain resistant, not waterproof. I thought it would improve gas mileage on the highway, but no improvement. Weighs about 25 pounds.

Rob Hamel: For the price, this is spot on. Easy to install, looks nice, and works as advertised. Surprisingly waterproof. That said, it sometimes pops open and is a bit finicky staying shut, but if it means I save $300 over a better brand, I'll take this one.
