Richard V.: The filter is very well build as it matches perfectly with the interior curvature of the glass container. Coupled with a double filter mesh, no coffee ground escapes when pushed down. However, it appears that you cannot disassemble the filter to clean well the coffee grounds trapped between the mesh and the bottom support metal plate. Other than that, it is a very good quality French press.

Mark: Mainly used to make cold brew iced coffee. Was a little worried as it only comes with one mesh metal filter so used regular paper coffee filters as a backup. Absolutely zero grinds got through so this will save me heaps of time having to double filter. Great product!

Edward Snare: This is such a wonderful product. I can't believe how easy it was to use. I did have to agree that the plunger handle was designed poorly but it was easy to deal with. It was easy to clean and easy-to-use. It made wonderful coffee and tea. I had no grounds in my coffee and no tea leaves in the tea. I gave it four stars only because the handle was poorly designed. Other than that I can't believe I got such a wonderful French press for such a low price. I highly recommend this product.
