Yadira Marin: I bought it at my size and start to use it at the biggest setting, after a few weeks I was able to decrease the setting and now I'm using it in the lowest one without issues, it really decrease mi belly size!

AshtonSpeaksAshtonSpeaks: I should’ve gotten an extra large, but shot for a large for the purpose of contouring my body while I work to get back in shape. The quality is great! It took some work to squeeze myself into a smaller size, but it worked! The body of this waste trainer extended on both ends giving you enough material to get excess bra area fat, and the fupa area. If you go down a size, I recommend folding the waist trainer upward until you get midways through fastening it, or to the end. Then flipping it down, and adjusting it to pull in bra and lower stomach area. This is by far the best product I purchased with this level of quality. So, I’m giving the company/vendor a five because its worth every darn dollar!!!

P.S—I would like to try more body shaping products to review the quality of those as well. If everything they sale under the shareware section is like this—it’s a for sure must buy!!

Sarah JohnsonSarah Johnson: As other reviews have stated, make sure to measure. Tried to make this review short, but I also hope it’s understandable what I’m trying to say. After measuring and deciding the size you want to order, I would suggest be prepared you may have to return to get a different size or you may not! Everybody’s body is different so even reading reviews can be less than helpful sometimes, because for this item I pretty much saw it split 50/50, people saying it runs big or small. My experience is this: I have other waist trainers from years ago and always had an xl or 2x. When I tried one of my cheaper xl ones on recently, it was extremely tight and kept rolling up. I was not sure if it was because it was too short? Or just too small. Came here and according to my measurements I should have ordered a 4x. My measurements are 2 inches above my belly button 43.5, at my belly button 46, hips/butt 48.5, from the bottom of my chest to pubic bone is 13, so I’m considered to have a long torso. I felt that 4x might be larger than I wanted, given some reviews were saying the size recommended ran too big. PanthersMom: I'll probably try to add photos later but I want to stress how important it is to know your measurements before you order. I ordered the 2XL and I am so glad I did because in the past I have guessed based on clothing size and been wrong. I wear a size L or depending on the store XL when it comes to clothes. I ordered a size down because I knew that by being a size 38" waist, I would be able to fit in the XL. Don't be ashamed if you see your size is bigger than you hoped, that's the whole point of this! I started out on the first row of notches and wore it for 8 hrs a day. By the 3rd day, I was able to move to the middle row and by the 5th day I am now on the last. I did start this when my cycle started so I'm surprised it's been able to fit at all. I will say the back rolls are horrendous but I guess that's to be expected. Next time I will order something that can cover the back and the fupa area better. For reference I am 5'11" and I have a long torso.

Kym: So, I bought this in a 2x because I am a U.S womens 1x/2x. and i took 15 mins to attempt and got 1 top notch. just wont budge and I had wanted it tighter than my size(4X on chart). but just wouldn't go on. so I ordered the 5x. I just got the 5x in and laying flat under the 2x, eyeing it, its only one whole flap material with all the buttons and 1/4 more. but after attempting it, I got it on. Not very easily, you have to PULL. But def not as hard as the 2x. I held at back and swung left hand to belly and then swing right hand to belly and got at least one snapped then others snap easier till bottom since in curvy... SO, I re-did it as close to the upper waist under bra area as possible and then buttoned them all at upper waist and once buttoned, shoved hand in and pulled my lower belly up as I pulled down the corset at the same time with other hand to lower. Its comical, but I scrolled thru some advice so hope it helps.
That said. It is actually pretty comfortable and hasn't rolled IN FRONT and the few bones in front dont hurt either. didn't get the steel. 2x was breathable with the dot holes, but 5x only came in black. Felt the same soft rubber like. however. The back crunches...
