rick: Old days power lifting did not use much because it was so intensive. While; hands, wrists, forearms are the show focus - it actually works a lot done precise arms extended puts the core and legs on call for balance alone. That your shoulders at comfortable levels have work to do.
I wash all new equipment and start learning the motions without weights and just a got a workout being pleased with this buy.

Bryan M.: After a consistent two weeks of use, the Hard foam Handles of device started to separate from the metal, so I had to superglue it back. Otherwise, a solid addition to the toolbox.

Very easy to use.
One drawback would be the very long elastic used. Not a big deal but unless you are 7 feet tall, the weight will always touch the floor before you are done unrolling the weight. (I'm 6 feet tall).
Still very fun to use and I include it in my workouts on a regular basis now.
