Brooke: So, let's just say it: I got this 30-pound slam ball by complete accident. Whoops! I thought I was ordering a regular medicine ball and had a mini-panic moment. Anywho... instead of sending it back, I decided to roll with it and incorporate it into my daily workouts.

I'm a petite 5'3", 123-pound woman, and initially, 30 pounds seemed a little steep, BUT I'm here to tell you that my back has never looked sexier, and I've been getting compliments left and right.

Also this slam ball is surprisingly easy to handle, and it's built like a tank. Even though it's meant for slamming, it's actually pretty quiet (thank you, sand filling), and the impact is satisfyingly balanced.

僕は足が短いため、長時間作業をするとどうしても体がぷらぷらと動いてしまったり、背中が丸まってしまうので、その対策としてこの商品を利用しています。
足元に置いて、両足で挟むようにして足を上に上げようとすると背筋が伸びて体が固定されるので、姿勢を良くするために使っています。
