SSQ: Arrived with no packaging, just a sticker. Usually catnip toys are at least in a bag. My cats love anything catnip. They barely smelled this and walked away. It is a good size, seemed to be well stuffed and sown but if they don’t play with it, what’s the point. I thought for the price and hype it would be used at least for a few days. I do wonder if it has been sitting in the warehouse for ages with no covering that it lost the smell or at least potency. Major expensive disappointment.

MrsK: This is a nice big size for my 2-year old cats to hold between 2 front paws, chew and kick with their back feet. Surprisingly it's still in good condition after 4 months despite the rough treatment! It's got a good strong catnip smell which makes it more attractive to them. Very happy with this purchase.

At first I was bummed because the kitten I got this for didn't like it. Didn't just not have interest, but was borderline afraid of it. Avoided it completely and if you tried to get it near her, she'd leave immediately. I tried and tried to get her interested, but no luck. Eventually I gave up and offered it to one of my older cats. Since they are older, they don't play as much as they used to and I just assumed it was pointless to give her the toy since she really doesn't play with toys now. Boy, was I surprised! She immediately grabbed it and started tossing it around, hugging and kicking it like she was trying to rip it open, it was quite the change! I thought I should give it a bit of time before writing feedback, to see how long her interest would last, and it's now been over a month and she still gets excited and plays with it pretty much every day. I'd say that's a success! So, maybe my kitten just hates catnip and if you have a cat that is really into catnip, this may be the toy for you!
*Disappointed, I must admit, especially because of the price of this small...
