Firstly, the spatulas. Easily the most needed thing outside of bottles. The spatulas are pretty well made. Handles are a little cheap feeling. The bottles, they'll make do for the time being. They feel extremely thin and flimsy. Worried they'll melt sitting next to the griddle.
Was hoping this was an instant read thermometer. It is definitely not. For as quick as things can cook on a griddle. I'd like it to respond faster. I also understand it's a really low priced kit. So beggars can't be choosers. This will likely be the first thing I want to upgrade.
The bag, the cover, egg rings, tongs and large scraper are all nice.
May not sound like it. But I'd recommend to anyone just looking for a cheap kit to start with.
