Lonnie: This unit is a fairly sturdy unit, when you get it together. Better instructions on assembly would have been great. This unit will fold up, however the pad on top doesn't. It was definitely a worthwhile investment.

.was lacking washers for bolts..had to drill hole in frame for ladder..

Aaron Possien: There are several makers of this and the all seem pretty much alike in the photos. After decades of Chinese products you would think they could find someone to write and photograph decent instructions. I did put it together with no extra parts. If you work on a truck of any kind this is a must. Whoever designed could make the first step about a foot wide. If you lean over standing on the first step you will scrape your shins. Leaning the stand all the way forward helps. It did take the shipper 6 days to get it to Amazon for shipping wich is also ridiculous because it's pre-packaged and all they had to do was slap a label on it from their shipper. Amazon left it 3 block from my residence at the office which is also not what I paid for with prime.
