anonymous: The mesh is excellent quality and the seams are sewn strongly so they don't tear apart. I like that the mesh is so fine that only the liquid comes out and none of the pulp. I use the bag even for making juice from fruit pulp and vegetable pulp. The only improvement I could recommend is if they would offer a cylindrical-shape bag instead of a square shape. I found a cylindrical-shape nut milk bag on eBay and the shape really makes it even easier to squeeze all the liquid from the pulp and those bags are longer in length as well. The mesh on their bags is not the same quality as these though.

KelseyKelsey: I’ve never made almond milk or green juice before, but they’re both amazing! The recipes that came with the bag are wonderful. I did do the almond flour dehydrating in the oven as well with the left over pulp, but so far the almond flour hasn’t worked well in baking recipes. I’ll keep trying. The bag is amazing though and cleans easily and dries quickly. Loving having it!

UberPat: I've made many batches of oatmilk and have tried lots of different straining methods. This bag Has been my favorite method by far. Each strains very quickly and Is easy to turn inside out and clean after you are done. Just make sure not to squeeze too hard to get out additional liquid because that is how you make your oatmeal more slimy and less enjoyable I'm sure this bag could be used for many other reasons as well such as cold brew. Highly recommend..

Chloe Beyer: I never take the time to write reviews, but after only using this bag once, I just had to.
I’ve used other bags to make homemade nut milk before, but hated how it took FOREVER to get all the milk out. I’ve also used expensive plant based milk machines, but those lacked the flavor that blended/hand strained milk had.
So for awhile I gave up on the idea of making my own plant based milk, because it was too labor intensive or lacked the flavor I came to expect from homemade milk.

However, with this bag it took less than a minute to get through one batch successfully AND it tasted delicious.
Just a side note, I do have a very high quality blender (blendtec) to blend up my almonds.

*For the leftover pulp, I put it in the oven on 170 degrees to dry out, to make almond flour!
So no waste.

Now I’m going to try and see if I can blend up my home made juices and use this bag to strain the pulp (rather than having to go through the hassle of cleaning up my juicer which I HATE!)

So excited about this purchase.
Best 12$ I have ever spent in my life👌🏻☺️

Thomas B.: I was surprised to find how well made this thing is. It isn’t just some flimsy upgrade for a cheese cloth. It has that characteristic stiffness of woven nylon mesh, and while this is not desirable in itself it speaks to the quality and durability of the bag. The stitching around the edges is really solid too, which is important especially around the draw string because you really need to pull to close it. And the mesh is super fine, so it really works wonderfully for my nut and cereal milks.
Overall, a great, sturdy little investment that I doubt breaking or needing replacement in the foreseeable future.

Handy: Yes, it is expensive compared to other nut milk bags, but it it worth it because it's sturdy and easy to clean. No residues in the sewn edges. Since I make nut milks every day, easy-to-clean milk bag is a must item. I'm so glad that I chose the right one.

Not to put too strong a spin on it, but this product is a genuine boon for anyone wishing to make their own nutmilk, soymilk, butter, Greek-style (hung) yogurt, or fresh cheese. What used to be a messy wasteful chore using disposable muslin cloth, or butter cloth, has since become an easy and pleasant routine ... so easy that ever since buying my first “Ellie’s Nutmilk Bag” a little over a year ago, I’ve been regularly making my own soy and nutmilks (Almond, Cashew and Coconut) on a weekly basis ever since, along with the occasional batch of homemade ‘hung’ Greek style yogurt or homemade butter.

 STURDY, REUSABLE & ECONOMICAL: The nylon weave, and strongly stitched seams, are excellent, and vastly superior (for home use) to both single use cotton muslin cloth, or even premium butter cloth (which tends to fray at the edges when cut to size and washed for reuse). My first bag is still going strong after 50+ uses, and will probably last at least 50 more.
