APH: The LEAFICO Cotton Storage Bags with Drawstrings are NOT X-Large. The 14x17 bags are medium sized, at best. I purchased the bags for my purses. None of them fully fit. A portion of each purse peeks out of the top. I rate the quality of the bags as good. I like that they are sold in sets of 6. Since none of my purses fit I have decided to store wallets and coin purses in the bags. I will continue searching for bags that are truly XL. UPDATE 08/29/23 — LEAFICO reached out to me based on this review. Their customer care is lovely. I am adding one star just for that. Maybe their XXL version will work better for my needs.

amie lanoiskeats: These wash nice store nice. Tag comes off easy to take off when washing the bags. Definitely would recommend these bags. Also I ordered the xlarge sized ones and was able to hold approximately 15lbs of potatoes in one bag comfortably

IluvshpngIluvshpng: Good basic lightweight cotton bread bag. The bad is that it shrinks significantly. Washed in cold water and hung to dry. Still shrunk like over an inch in length and in width. Very surprised and disappointed it shrunk this much. This should be noted it description so people can purchase based on the post wash size.

Megghan Cote: Love these bags, I got the large size (they really aren’t that large though) and i use some of them for nut milk straining and some for fresh produce, like tomatoes and other fruits. Overall good, but my main complaint is that they SHRINK, so size up.

JS: A great concept that is putting me a step closer to using less plastic. I bought these to use for produce and bulk foods when grocery shopping. Unfortunately the 8x10s I ordered shrunk to almost half the original size. I had read the reviews prior to ordering and expected some shrinkage but even the cold gentle cycle on the washer was enough to shrink the bags that much. I’ll have to order another set and try hand washing because these bags won’t fit much for produce in them now.
