Frisco-Stan: This was easy to install and.program. Much more versatile than I thought it would be. Very intuitive tobset up. Can use schedule you set, automate and let system water based on rain in the area or manually run each zone. It even lets you take a picture of each outside area and insert it for display with zone number for phone app. This device is best suited to be programmed and run from your phone. Very easy to use!

AlexAlex: Install was very easy. Just hook up each zone, connect common wire, plug in, connect to account and boom.
I didn’t really care for the Wyze setup as was either our way or the highway. I wanted to test some zones when setting up, so I skipped one test and couldn’t go back. Not a huge deal as I just abandoned their setup and then had to do “quick runs” for my tests.
All in all a great unit. I like that it has buttons, some do not.
Plus it was cheaper than the other guys. Wyze FTW once again.

Birbilicous: My experience with sprinkler systems is that they are made to be used and installed outside. I was quite surprised when I found out that it was made to be installed indoors. To bad. I have had good luck with other wyze products.

Marcus: When I found out that Wyze had created a smart sprinkler system, and especially for the price in the mid $60s, I ordered one immediately.
The Good: Instructions on how to replace existing sprinkler controller with the Wyze sprinkler was easy to follow on the app.
The Bad: Nothing works as advertised. For the first year, while under the "Sprinkler Plus" subscription, the schedule worked. Then, when I added a new schedule as I had installed new sod in the backyard, the fixed schedules stopped working.
The schedules still showed up on the app, and pretended to be going, but the sprinklers would be inactive. The only way the sprinklers would work was through a "Quick Run" manually turning the zones on. One at a time. Stupidly annoying.
Obviously, I tried to reach out for technical support, but Wyze is set up to never let you actually speak to someone. You'll first be directed to send an email, which I did, and then received a "troubleshooting" email that was the exact same information that was on their website. I then replied and said that I had attempted all of those steps, at which point, the next email directed me to send in a log and connect to their...

Ken Reifert: Took me 15 minutes to hook up and 10 minutes to download the app and activate. The app leaves alot to be desired, but is functional. I have 9 stations so I put two small ones together. Damn the rules.

Banj O’LoverBanj O’Lover: Didn’t need tech support because this was the easiest out of 5 controllers I’ve installed over the years. Programming was the simplest I’ve ever done as well! I didn’t bother with the plus feature or registering and the app still works properly. This was 1/6th of the local wholesalers price for a controller with less features.

After a power outage, the unit came back on and started working again and have had no issues since.
