Alan Needs: After knee replacement, I was sent home from hospital with an ice pack and told to keep my knee iced as often as possible. The one ice pack although effective, was insufficient. A replacement ice pack was $40. I turned to Amazon to see what they had on offer. I purchased two of these ice packs for $35. These ice packs are of a far sturdier construction and looked like they would last a long time. Completely happy with them.

Cory Ander: This is a nice system for cooling down an injury. The gel pads are well made and durable and the elastic velcro strap is versatile. I bought it for husband's hip surgery but I had reason to use it myself when I injured my ankle. Icing it with these pads helped but they aren't long enough to go all the way around. The frozen pads last for about half an hour, so you need to cycle the pair through your freezer if you want to keep the treatment coming continuously.

Steven: So good i got a 2nd one! very good quality ice/heat pack, not those cheapy ones that leak and break. Low condensation on the icepack as well.
