Rosalyn E. Smith: I watched all these videos with celebrities telling you to purchase this item. What they left out is if you are over a certain weight, have a belly, and have a booty you should not purchase this item. This band did not stay in place when I used it during my workout. Not only did it fold up in front, but also in back. I have a little belly pudge and this was not friendly to it at all. I was extremely disappointed. If you are plus size this band does not cover your mid section completely. I had better luck with an actual waist trainer. I don't recommend this for my thick sisters and brothers. Purchase a corset waist trainer.
