Tengo sobrepeso y me preocupaba el abdomen abultado, este vestido disimulo muy bien, su caida es suave, la parte superior de algodón mezclado elástico negro obscuro sin transparencia, la falda floreada con una perfecta caida y largo adecuado, no transparente. Me sentí muy cómoda en el. Como en otros comentarios, me gustaria tener varios vestidos en diferentes modelos y tonos. Sirve para eventos tipo coctel. Te hará lucir bien sin duda alguna.

Jennah JohnsonJennah Johnson: i was looking for something cute to wear to church after giving birth that gave a flattering appearance with out being to snug in the stomach area. Goal accomplished. im am about 5'7 and currently 176-177. it has a good length as well that doesnt make you worried about bending down. light colored or skin toned under garments would probably be best as it is a little more sheer than preferred. no problem with the right choice though!

AllisonAllison: I bought two of these both in size medium—the pink floral and black polka dot. They are a very good price and I needed a dress quick to wear to a wedding shower. I would have kept them both. The odd thing is that no matter how many times I tried them both on, the pink floral was not flattering on my body. The pink one seemed to accent every pudgy pillow, bulge, and panty line. The darker color really did look better.

Also, the pink floral one seemed to highlight more the vintage style of ruffles on the bodice and it reminded me of the aprons that my grandmother used to wear when I was a child. The black polka dot dress didn’t seem to do that. I kept and wore the black polka dot dress to the shower and am returning the pink floral.

The dresses are unlined and the fabric feels a bit like crepe (slightly rough texture—not soft or silky feeling but stretchy and comfortable). They zip down the back.

As a side benefit I wasn’t planning on, the theme of the wedding shower was in the style of two famous mouses and the polka dot dress fit in perfectly with that! I think I might wear that again as MM for Halloween!

WL: This was a lovely dress. My husband liked it on me.

The description states it is lightweight, but I was still expecting more of a scuba type fabric. It was more of a crepe. I can’t say the description was incorrect just not what I was expecting.

I usually wear a large but ordered an XL. Based on the size chart I knew it might be a little tight on me; it was. I would say to make sure you go by the size chart, not your usual size.

My recommendations: 1. Order a size based on the size chart. 2. Make sure you have proper undergarments since the fabric is so lightweight.

Lolaloo: Ordered the black dress with some white squiggles or whatever on it. It looks amazing on! I was a little hesitant because I wasn't sure if I would like the side ruffle things but have been struggling to find a decent dress so decided to take a chance. So happy I did! It's flattering and professional looking. I can't wait to wear it to work.

The ONLY thing I would change if I could - I expected it to hit just below the knee based on photos of the dress. I'm only 5'6 so average height. It stops about mid-knee. I would've preferred to have my knees completely covered by the dress. This is a minor issue, though, so whatever. Just a change I'd make if I could.

Shannon: I really like this dress but be prepared to go comando.
The skirt is sheer and you can see everything underneath of your underwear. I don't wear any w/ this dress and you cannot see anything. Just the colour/print of underwear.
The top is very tight on my shoulders - any mine are not very big BUT I am busty. It's more of a tank top on me. I would hate to go a size bigger b/c they the waist wouldn't fit.
Overall, I like the dress and will have fun wearing it, but will not buy again once it's done.

jodie hafkejodie hafke: I was so excited for this dress but on me, the ruffles make me look a little boxy. It does fit nice though. I’m 5’10”, 130 pounds, ordered a small and the dress comes to above my knees. I ordered another very similar dress, without the ruffles this time.
Update: I did end up keeping this dress after getting some outside opinions. The other, unruffled dress wasn’t as nice as this one.
