Michele: Really nice quality for the price! Came in a dust bag and with removable chain strap. I received many compliments. When I told them it was from Amazon everyone was surprised as it looks like a more expensive bag. The size is great, for a smaller bag, because I could fit my phone, keys, lippie, compact, and a slim sized wallet (had to switch from my larger wallet to fit all that I wanted to carry, but I was fine with that). Very comfortable to hold/carry without the strap. Very happy with this purchase as I wanted a bag I could dress up, but still use daily, if I choose to.
