MayNY: This shoes are really beautiful, my only issue was that in one of them there was an imperfection on the sewing in the back which made a huge difference in confort, otherwise would had made them the perfect shoes as they feel soft. I contacted customer service, within hours they got back to me and were able to resolve my issue. Their Customer service is amazing, something I sure appreciated. Shoes are as described, the inside is soft, heel high is perfect. They do run according to size so if you want extra room, I suggest to go up half a size.

Ali: I bought the black "Oxford Dora-7 lace-up vintage cut-out" shoes. I'm usually a size 7.5 (size 38 or 24.5cm). Even though it says "runs small", I bought my size: 7.5. They were TOO BIG! 😅 If anything, these run BIG...
The shoes were super cute though, and I will buy them again but a size smaller (size 7). I hope they fit better 🤞🏻

Maim: These were a little snug in the toes. I had to use a shoe stretcher and then they were fine. Very comfortable. Durable. Flattering! I have this same shoe in several colors!
