Women's UGG Lorna Boot - Warm and Stylish Footwear for Women

Adrianna: I’m very glad I read the reviews and sized up. Once this boot is on, it’s on. I have narrow heels that tend to slip in most shoes and boots but the tight heel on these keeps my foot in place. I can wear them all day and be on my feet and my feet aren’t painful. I would expect more comfort from Ugg considering I’ve had many different boots from them. Definitely glad I got these on sale because I wouldn’t been very disappointed if I would’ve paid full price. No issues with water leaking but I didn’t wear them enough in harsh winter weather to really test them out either. They have wool in the sole and my feet were kept warm, full wool boots are way too hot for me.

D.Cummings: I found these boots to be quite comfortable, after wearing them for the past week and a half. After reading reviews, I decided to go up half size to 8.5, they fit as expected. Plenty of room in them to wear w/med weight socks ( don't really wear heavy weight ones), and more than enough with lighter weight. I found them well constructed, yes they do have sherpa just across the top and insole and a wool blend liner. I found them to be warm enough except toes did feel slightly cold when it was 12 degrees out one evening. I have worn them in snow and the wet pavement ( no real puddles) and feet stayed dry, so I would say they are waterproof. Aside from the slight cold I felt that night, I am very pleased w/these boots, I can't wear the typical Uggs flat style sole so, these were great since have a small heel and good sole traction even on the snow, but little less on ice, but then again no shoe has good traction on ice. I'll be on the look out for when the brown ones go on sale, well worth the price.

Christina: I had to return these as they were too tight but they are very nice boots and the quality is fantastic. I wanted to exchange for a different size but unfortunately the bigger size was out of stock. Ended up buying directly from SoftMoc.

Genie: I finally wore these boots outside. When I first got them, I thought it might be too big. I usually wear a 9.5M I got 10 and it fits great, I have enough space that my big toe isn't all the way at the top. But I guess I have average calf that it feels too wide around my calf.

So I tested the boots outside in the snow, pretty good in the snow and a bit of slush. But b/c the boot is a bit wide around my calves some snow fell in while I was cleaning my car.

Overall, the boots are pretty simple. Warm, waterproof, and comfortable. If I wear thick socks my boots will fit around my calf, but my feet might be too warm for the boots.

LoriLori: So, this boot has an interesting design; I had to modify it with my trusty scissors.
The reason so many reviewers said they can't get their foot in the boot is that there is an extra piece of leather, about 2" long, sewn in at the bottom of the inside of zipper. This is part of what makes the boot waterproof, but it also means that the zipper does not open as wide as you'd expect.
I snipped it out and now I can get the boot on my foot. This modification renders the boot LESS WATERPROOF, so if you need the zipper to keep water out don't do this! It's not a big deal for me. I've taken a photo of the zipper AFTER my modification; I hope it makes sense.
Once it's on my foot, I'm happy with this boot. Looks pretty good, feels good, and gives me good traction, which is really what I wanted.

Jennifer Hunnings: I love how these boots fit and look. I have very wide feet, so I went up a half size (8 up to 8.5), and compared to their other lace up style these have a wider toe box, and fit very comfortably. They are low key enough to wear everyday, yet cute enough to put with a dress and leggings too.
Here is the downside, the grip on the bottom sucks. Once they are wet, on any tile surface these babies are slick as ice. Twice now I have walked into businesses with tile floor after it has been raining and just about busted my butt. Today couldn't get enough traction to even push open a stubborn bathroom door, I looked like a cartoon character with my feet slipping all over the place. This royally bums me out as these are NOT cheap, and a pretty high quality name, you would think slip resistance would be a more important factor in their design patterns. I have worn them around for a bit now, and just figured out this fun fact. Will have to see if returning them is even an option at this point, as I really don't want to bust a tailbone.

Laurie: They are a little hard to get on as the ankle area is a little snug but once they on they are great.
